Caring for one another
Much pastoral care takes place through informal visiting – either by the clergy or by members of the congregation.
Our Welcomers will happily deal with initial enquiries from anyone coming to church, directing you to a member of our Pastoral team if you need further support or a home visit
You can contact the Vicar – Fr David, on 020 8646 0666 at any time, or contact the Parish Office on 020 8648 1566.
Those who are sick or housebound may request Home Communion by phoning the clergy or the Parish Office at any time.
Prayer and visiting
Our Churchwardens and the clergy are always available to receive requests for prayer and visiting, but it is not always possible for us to know when someone needs a visit. In those situations we need to be informed when someone is ill or in need of support; please do not be afraid to let us know if you or someone you know would appreciate a visit.
If you would like a pastoral visit or you know someone who would, you can contact the Vicar – Fr David, on 020 8646 0666, or leave a message at the Parish Office.
Prayers for Healing
There is a regular opportunity for Healing Ministry at the Parish Eucharist, usually on the 4th Sunday of each month [but check the Calendar].
You may like to spend some quiet prayer time – and light a candle – at the Place of Prayer at any time during the Service or after receiving Holy Communion.
